There is a funny antidote to this concept. The day before I shot Jerry, I had done a shooting with Kermit the Frog for a Muppets book. I stole the idea for the shoot with Jerry Seinfeld. I love how he makes it his own.

About George Lange has worked for Duane Michals and Annie Leibovitz before establishing his own career. His work has appeared in Vogue, Rolling Stone, Vanity Fair, Esquire, People and The New York Times, among other publications. He shot many of the iconic images from Friends, Frasier, Dawson’s Creek, and Seinfeld, as well as Sophia Loren, ads for and the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.
