I shot this at her house. Being Vanity Fair, we were more on the glam track when I saw all these wigs on styrofoam heads on her table...and we came up with this idea. I pretend to go into shootings with clear ideas of what I want to do - but really...I am just searching for something I could never have thought of before I go there.

About George Lange has worked for Duane Michals and Annie Leibovitz before establishing his own career. His work has appeared in Vogue, Rolling Stone, Vanity Fair, Esquire, People and The New York Times, among other publications. He shot many of the iconic images from Friends, Frasier, Dawson’s Creek, and Seinfeld, as well as Sophia Loren, ads for and the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.
